Noriko Kido

Noriko is a Japanese Canadian who immigrated to Canada 30 years ago to make Canada her home country.

Having mastered the English language even before moving to Canada from Tokyo, Noriko was able to benefit from her Japanese University education by developing a successful past teaching career in Canada, combining both private lessons and group lessons for Japanese and English students.

Noriko has also been the owner of a busy Coffee Shop at 240 Sparks Street for the last 8 years and presently also works at an Asian Gift Store in Ottawa's Glebe community

Noriko is the mother of (3) adult boys who are now working outside of the home, she enjoys learning about other cultures and knows how to make visitors feel at home by always being ready for an interesting conversation.
